About the Position We are now seeking several assemblers/production personnel for an established company in Mjölby municipality. The operation is characterized by quality, precision, and craftsmanship where each product is manufactured with great care and attention to detail. What the Role Involves As production personnel, you work with precision, attention to detail, and where craftsmanship is in focus. Examples of work tasks may include: * Fine assembly of varying customized products according to technical drawings * Quality inspections * Material handling and other production work as needed Working Hours: Day shift Start: Week 32 The assignment is planned to continue indefinitely with good opportunities for permanent employment with the client company. Qualifications We are looking for you who * Has previous work experience in industry/production/assembly or other practical work * Enjoys working with your hands and has a feel for details * Is quality-conscious and thorough * Thrives in an environment where craftsmanship and precision are valued * Has a positive attitude and good collaboration skills * Is comfortable in a production environment where the pace is periodically high and where you need to be able to prioritize and maintain focus on quality even under time pressure * Is flexible, takes initiative, and contributes to efficient production flow * Has a valid driver's license (Category B) The Employment Apply today – Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
