Welcome to us We are now seeking an experienced production manager for a parental leave cover position (seven months) who will be the primary responsible person for our production of events and digital and printed communication materials. You will be part of the communications team, which consists of ten employees, located in an activity-based office environment in Rinkeby. We work with strategic internal and external communication for the department's operations and function as a full-service in-house agency. Your role As a production manager, you will lead and plan productions such as reports, brochures, invitations, presentations, advertisements, campaigns, submissions, major photography shoots, printed materials, digital products and film productions, as well as events of various kinds. You will write, edit, and proofread texts. Your work also includes invoice coding and procurement. You will act as a client representative to external vendors and serve as a support and service function within the organization. Your competence and experience We are looking for someone who has higher education in media and communication science/other education that we assess as equivalent, or corresponding work experience that we assess as equivalent multiple years of experience working at a communications agency or in-house agency experience with production management/project management and who has been involved throughout the production process in campaign work very good skills in Excel, Trello, or similar planning tools strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish and English. It is meritorious if you have experience from similar work in Stockholm City experience working with the Adobe suite experience with AI solutions good knowledge of plain language good knowledge of accessible communication. As a production manager, you are someone who makes things happen with commitment and a solution-oriented approach. You are the person who creates structure because you enjoy it and because it comes naturally to you. You are flexible and adapt easily when circumstances change, while you create clarity and structure in a day where many things need to be handled in parallel. You have a strong sense of service and enjoy collaborating with different people and functions. You are friendly in your interactions and at the same time courageous enough to make decisions, take initiative, and dare to challenge when needed. With your driving approach, you ensure that work moves forward, that deliveries happen, and ideas become reality.
