In your role, you will report to the Production Manager. Placement is at our factory in Lenhovda and requires on-site presence - we believe in leadership where things happen. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Production Manager with us, you have a clear mission: to drive production forward together with your team and achieve our shared goals every day. You lead a department where the pace is high, the product mix is large, and conditions can shift – but where structure, participation, and job satisfaction are constantly present. Your main responsibilities: Lead and develop the team in daily operations Ensure work environment, quality, and delivery reliability Work with daily monitoring of production targets and key metrics Identify improvement opportunities in processes and workflows Plan and optimize staffing and resources together with team leaders Drive improvement work and development initiatives in line with Lean Report production results and improvement measures to the Production Manager YOUR PROFILE It is a merit if you have experience with similar tasks and/or secondary or post-secondary education, preferably with a technical focus. Experience in a leadership position is a merit. You are accustomed to working with manufacturing processes and developing them. You have good experience working with continuous improvements and target-based management. You have a clear, communicative, and engaging leadership style. You have good computer skills and navigate easily between different systems. You speak Swedish fluently and have a good understanding of English in both speech and writing. You are expected to set direction for your department, create sustainable working methods, and drive development over time so that your department's goals and working methods align with Elitfönster's long-term strategy.
