Production Manager for Manufacturing Industry

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting a Production Manager for a manufacturing company in the Jönköping region. In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 20 people with a focus on driving an optimal and efficient production process while ensuring your team's safety. You are also responsible for coaching and developing your team as well as the department and company as a whole. We believe you have a few years of experience in production management and through this have developed solid knowledge of production processes, Lean, and working with business systems. Requirements for the role are good knowledge of Swedish and English as well as the Office suite. Working hours are during daytime and you will report to the Production Manager.
