To meet this growth, we're now looking for a site manager who wants to take full responsibility for daily operations while being part of developing production for the future. In the role, you'll be responsible for daily operations, production planning, and managing approximately 10 employees in the operation. You work closely with staff, group leaders, and other functions to ensure efficient workflows, high quality, and delivery precision. The role is both operational and strategic—you're present in production while driving structure, planning, and long-term improvements. Your main areas of responsibility include: * Lead, allocate, and follow up on daily production work. * Be responsible for production and resource planning. * Ensure that production, quality, and deliveries meet established targets. * Coach and develop employees and handle personnel-related matters. * Drive improvement and development work for increased efficiency and profitability. * Monitor quality, deviations, and production results. * Collaborate with procurement, logistics, sales, and other functions in the operation. * Participate in recruitment and staff competency development.
