LKAB Malmtrafik LKAB Malmtrafik is responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting LKAB's iron ore products on the Ore Railway. We transport from the mines in Kiruna and Malmberget to the ports in Luleå and Narvik, as well as to SSAB in Luleå. Your role As a production manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and allocating work within the terminal's production together with internal and external resources. You will be part of a small management team with a strong focus on collaboration and dialogue. You will, among other things: Lead and monitor daily operations Conduct daily management meetings and perform job observations Ensure that safety regulations and work methods are followed Carry out risk management and safety inspections at the facility Drive development of work methods, equipment, and operations Participate in and sometimes represent the organization in projects What you bring with you You are a person who takes responsibility, works methodically, and drives your work forward. You collaborate well with others, communicate clearly, and are flexible when circumstances change. You thrive in a role where you lead and develop both work methods and people. We expect you to have: Complete upper secondary school grades, preferably with a technical focus or equivalent experience Good ability to lead work and follow up on results Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Class B driver's license It is an advantage to have: Experience working in the railway industry Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the railway environment Experience with mechanical work We warmly welcome your application!
