Production Manager, Resource Planner, and Graphic Design
We're now looking for a driven production manager with a background in editorial work and graphic design. The role is placed within the Editorial and Visual Communication business area, which consists of seven employees working to support operations with expertise in visual communication, development of the agency's visual identity, and graphic production. The team also includes five employees working with editorial content for the web, intranet, and social media. We work cross-functionally across the agency and within the department, where this role collaborates with several employees in different roles.
As a production manager, you coordinate, schedule, and allocate assignments within graphic and motion production as well as editorial content work. You are responsible for contact with external suppliers for graphic production, photography, and motion material, as well as review of quotes and invoices. You also work with proofs from printers and other external suppliers, and handle procurement and management of request for quotes. The assignment includes budget planning and follow-up, direct procurement according to the Public Procurement Act, and record keeping. In the role, you also work operationally within the business area with tasks such as graphic production, layout, accessibility adaptation of documents, and copywriting. You collaborate effectively with others, are skilled at networking, and have no problem managing a high work pace and adapting to rapid changes.

have good knowledge of Adobe programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as PowerPoint
have experience in copywriting
have experience working in a government agency.

Other Information
A position, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. Trial employment may be applicable. Some positions with us involve participation in security-sensitive operations. To be hired for such a position, a passed security vetting according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) is required. In accordance with Försäkringskassan's security guidelines, background checks are conducted in this recruitment, and employment with us may also involve placement in a security class. Remote work opportunities are available if work permits. Occupational psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process in this recruitment. Work location: Stockholm.
