Production Manager at the Örarna and Bergnäset Facilities

We are seeking a driven and goal-oriented production manager for our facility in Örarna and Bergnäset! Are you an experienced and organized leader with the ability to motivate a team toward development? We are looking for someone who can support and guide employees through the challenges that daily tasks may present. You have a comprehensive overview of your department's development needs and help it succeed in its mission. ABOUT THE ROLE As Production Manager at Stenvalls Trä, you will report to the Production Manager for Sawmill, Planing Mill, and Rolling Machines. You will ensure that current procedures are followed and be responsible for leading and distributing work within your operational area, where you delegate tasks within the work environment to those under your supervision. The role also includes actively participating in Stenvalls' improvement initiatives together with management. You will work with governance, coordination, and strategic planning as well as follow-up and personnel matters with the goal of making the department efficient and profitable. You approach your tasks with a solution-focused approach, working closely with other management levels both at your own facility and at our other facilities, and assist with questions regarding growth, results, and development. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead the team toward set goals. - Ensure that work environment and safety regulations are followed. - Motivate and develop employees by setting clear goals and providing continuous feedback. - Document and follow up on work processes. - Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes. - Actively participate in and contribute to the department's strategic planning and improvement efforts. QUALIFICATIONS - Documented experience leading and developing teams, preferably with personnel responsibility. - Strong ability to plan, structure, and prioritize. - Strong communication skills. - Experience using digital systems for planning and follow-up. - Class B driver's license MERITS - Experience in production management, logistics, and machinery operations.
