We are looking for a driven and goal-oriented production manager at our facility in Örarna and Bergnäset! Are you an experienced and organized leader with the ability to motivate a team toward development? We are looking for someone who can support and guide employees through the challenges that daily work tasks may present. You have a comprehensive view of your department's development needs and help it succeed in its mission. ABOUT THE ROLE As Production Manager at Stenvalls Trä, you will report to the Production Manager for Sawmill, Edging Mill, and Rolling Equipment. You ensure that applicable procedures are followed and are responsible for leading and distributing work within your area of responsibility, where you delegate tasks related to work environment within your personnel responsibility. The role also includes actively participating in Stenvalls' improvement work together with management. You work with governance, coordination, and strategic planning as well as monitoring and personnel matters with the goal of making the department efficient and profitable. You approach your work tasks with a solution-focused approach, you work closely with other management levels both at your own facility and at our other facilities, and you assist in matters regarding growth, results, and development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead the team toward established goals. - Ensure that work environment and safety regulations are followed. - Motivate and develop employees by creating clear goals and providing continuous feedback. - Document and follow up on work processes. - Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes. - Actively participate in and contribute to the department's strategic planning and improvement work. QUALIFICATIONS - Documented experience leading and developing teams, preferably with personnel responsibility. - Strong ability to plan, organize, and prioritize. - Good communication skills. - Experience using digital systems for planning and follow-up. - Class B driver's license MERITS - Experience in production management, logistics, and machinery fleet.
