You, Us, and the Job As a production manager, you will be active in daily operations while leading our Örebro SGT collection team. This position is for someone who wants to be part of a successful team and excels at leading and motivating others. As a person, you are communicative, clear, and skilled at coaching. The position is full-time (38 hours per week) with an initial six-month probationary period that transitions to a permanent employment contract. We would like you to start before September 13, but there is some flexibility to start no later than September 27. Work is scheduled on weekdays, Monday through Friday, with working hours from 2:30 PM to 10:36 PM.
