About the Position
For over 50 years, Södra has been cultivating new generations of forest. At our tree nurseries, we lay the foundation for the forests of the future, from seed to plant, adapted to the conditions of southern Sweden.
To Södra's tree nursery in Gödastorp, we are now looking for a Production Manager who wants to be part of developing both people and operations close to nature.

plan and manage production based on season, needs, and available resources, together with coordinators
lead and allocate daily work

This position is a temporary assignment of approximately 12 months, based at Södra's tree nursery in Gödastorp, Falkenberg.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who thrives in an operation where nature's conditions set the rhythm and where planning, structure, and flexibility must go hand in hand. You are a present and clear leader who creates engagement and participation in your team.
To succeed, you need to:
have a genuine interest in cultivation or forestry operations
be confident in your leadership and have the ability to coach and develop employees
be able to plan, prioritize, and make decisions in an operation with distinct seasonal variations

Be Part of Building a Sustainable Society
Södra is one of the country's largest forest industry companies and is jointly owned by more than 50,000 family forest operations in southern Sweden. In addition to developing forestry, we strive to always use forest raw materials in the most efficient and climate-smart way. Pulp, timber, textile pulp, and bioproducts are just a few examples. By working together, we have the strength, commitment, and courage needed to build a sustainable society.
