About the Position
As a production manager, you will have overall responsibility for a production department and will organize, motivate, and develop employees in accordance with applicable objectives, policies, and guidelines. As a production manager, you will also contribute to the client's overall goals regarding safety, quality, productivity, delivery reliability, and competence compliance, while actively participating in improvement work and developing work methods.
Together with the production manager, lead and control production processes according to standards and set objectives in a systematic and efficient manner.
Ensure that production runs optimally, that final results meet manufacturing specifications and established quality standards.
Set goals for the department on a daily and weekly basis, follow up on set goals, and close production orders according to routine.
Responsibility for updating and continuously monitoring KPI/OPI.
Coordinate and ensure that the department follows routines regarding 5S and improvement work.
Ongoing management of personnel matters according to procedures, employee conversations.
About You
We are looking for someone who is structured, action-oriented, and has experience leading people in a production environment. You have the ability to juggle multiple priorities, make decisions, and have good communication skills. You enjoy both operational responsibility and working with development matters.

Formal Qualifications
Experience with leadership in production or industrial environments
Good understanding of production processes and continuous improvement work (e.g., Lean)

Merits
It is advantageous to have technical education, basic blueprint reading skills, or experience in production planning, as well as experience working with quality systems, safety systems, and occupational health matters. Driver's license category B is advantageous.
