About the Role As Production Manager at Textilia Karlskrona, you'll be a key player who leads and motivates our employees toward shared goals. You balance our customers' high demands and unique wishes with efficiency and a healthy, developmental work environment. Together with the local management team, you bear clear responsibility for our production and success. You will be part of the local management team and report to the unit's site manager. To succeed in the role of Production Manager, we'd like to see that you have strong self-leadership and work structured with order and organization in your daily planning. This means you purposefully prioritize and follow up on your tasks, maintain good overview of ongoing processes, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Your proactive approach contributes to us reaching our goals together and ensures efficient, safe, and continuous production. Key Responsibilities Drive toward clearly defined goals in Productivity, HRO (LEAN, 5S), customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, sustainability, and efficiency. Plan, lead, and distribute your team's daily tasks Inspire and coach your employees Drive improvement work within your own and related processes Work on environmental, occupational health, and fire safety matters Personnel development, staffing, and psychosocial work environment In collaboration with your team, work to keep production and distribution disruptions to a minimum Who Are You? The most important thing to succeed in the role is your personal drive, your ability to lead and inspire others, and your collaboration skills. We're looking for someone with documented leadership experience where you've demonstrated the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams toward shared goals. You have an understanding of production planning and have previous experience with it. We believe you have a technical background, preferably in production or engineering, but even more important are your personal qualities. You bring an open and inclusive leadership style to the role, where you actively encourage dialogue and collaboration. You understand the importance of a standardized and proactive approach to avoid operational disruptions. Your experience should include creating an inspiring work environment where you've actively contributed to employee development and performance. You have experience with process optimization and ideally LEAN and 5S. You're motivated by teamwork and see the group as a natural part of success. You're comfortable using computers and have experience with MS Office, MPS systems, and Maintmaster is highly desirable. You have strong communication skills in Swedish and English. You have high standards for order and organization in all aspects of your work.
