Production Manager ICA

Temporary Production Manager for ICA Nära Store Team Responsibilities As a Production Manager, you will coordinate and lead assignments for all media channels and ensure deliveries in accordance with customer agreements. You will ensure that the right conditions are in place to execute production and that timelines, briefs, and cost estimates are anchored, with deliveries meeting established deadlines. You will drive the implementation of campaigns across all channels—both print and digital—in consultation with the team. You have experience receiving and writing briefs/job descriptions, creating cost estimates, and managing time and resource planning in production execution. You provide guidance on effectiveness and handle invoicing upon project completion. You are a thoughtful, flexible, and curious person who constantly seeks to develop and views change positively. You take significant personal responsibility for your own development while also being engaged in developing roles, competencies, tasks, and the organization overall in line with future and workplace needs. Your Profile For this role, you need: - Post-secondary relevant education in marketing/communication or equivalent work experience. - At least 2 years of experience in production management within the advertising industry. - Previous digital experience in the role.
