As Production Leader, you have an important role in daily operations and are responsible for creating good conditions for both people and production. You combine present and clear leadership with an interest in technology, problem-solving, and development. About the role As Production Leader, you lead and develop a team of 17 employees consisting of machine operators, tool technicians, and quality control inspectors. You are a present leader who creates clarity, engagement, and good conditions for the team to succeed in their work. Therefore, it is important that you remain calm under pressure, can prioritize between different needs, and make well-founded decisions even when conditions change rapidly. You are curious and technically interested and enjoy solving problems together with others. As a leader, you are present and communicative, while at the same time you dare to make decisions and set clear expectations.
