In Production, we actively work to improve and develop our department's processes to deliver high-quality windows. We constantly work toward established goals and KPIs, and as Production Manager, you will lead this work. As Production Manager, you will work independently within a production management team where you maintain close dialogue and collaborate with other functions in the organization. Your day-to-day work will be varied and interesting with significant responsibility. This is a permanent position. You will report to one of our two Production Managers. The position is located at our factory in Vetlanda. We offer an inclusive workplace with good opportunities for development. It is a merit if you have experience with similar tasks and/or post-secondary education, preferably with a technical focus. Experience in a supervisory position is a merit. You are experienced in working with manufacturing processes and developing them. You have good computer skills and navigate easily between different systems. You speak Swedish fluently and have a good understanding of English in both speech and writing.
