Would you like to lead one of Sweden's leading producers in pelagic fish processing? Sweden Pelagic AB is now seeking an engaged and results-oriented Production Manager for our facility in Ellös. About the Role As Production Manager, you play a central role in the business with responsibility for leading, developing, and optimizing production. You are responsible for daily operations and work actively to ensure high quality, efficiency, and a good working environment. You have clear personnel responsibility and lead our employees in the production environment through present and coaching-based leadership. The role also includes responsibility for staffing, competence development, workplace environment issues, and creating conditions for an engaged team. Your Main Responsibilities Lead, plan, and develop daily production Ensure that production targets are met regarding quality, delivery, and efficiency Personnel responsibility for production staff Work with staffing, scheduling, and personnel development Drive improvement initiatives and develop production processes Ensure that quality, workplace environment, and safety procedures are followed Collaborate with other functions within the company to create efficient flow and ensure food safety and quality requirements We Are Looking for You Have experience with team leadership and personnel responsibility Are a clear leader who motivates and develops employees Have good organizational skills and thrive in a high-pace operation Are solution-oriented and have a strong drive to improve the business Have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Experience from production, food industry, or similar operations is a merit. A forklift license is also a merit. About the Business The business is characterized by seasonal variations with the highest workload from August to October. With good access to raw materials, the period from January to March is also intensive. You therefore thrive in an operation where the pace is periodically high and where planning, flexibility, and leadership are crucial for success.
