GG High-Pressure Services West AB is now seeking a driven and present Production Manager who wants to take full responsibility for our daily operations, develop our staff, and capture new business opportunities! About the Role As Production Manager, you will have full personnel responsibility for our skilled and professionally proud Spool Technicians. You will be a key person whose experience as a leader is characterized by easily building trust with employees and customers. You also have a business-minded and entrepreneurial spirit, as you are responsible for the production's financial goals. As a leader, you want to support and develop your employees to continue satisfying customers and creating new business. Main Areas of Responsibility: Operative Leadership & Planning: Plan and prioritize resources and handle ongoing and acute changes in operations. Present Leadership: Lead, support, and serve your drivers in their daily work so they have the right conditions to do a good job. Business Development & Customer Relations: Handle and receive business, take care of existing customers, and coach drivers in discovering and taking on more business opportunities in the field. Shape the Everyday: You have great freedom to work together with your staff to create and adapt the work approach so that everyone enjoys their work and feels good. You will have financial responsibility for production at GG High-Pressure Services West AB. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is a confident and engaged leader with good operational ability to create order and structure. You thrive in an eventful environment where conditions can change quickly. Qualifications for the Role: Good computer skills with ease in learning digital systems. Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Driver's License Category B. Previous experience in production operations, leadership, financial responsibility, and customer relations. Meritorious: Experience with Workify. Experience in industries such as plumbing, water/wastewater, construction, trucking, or transportation.
