We're now looking for a Production Manager for our Norrköping branch – a role for you who thrives close to operations and wants to make a difference every day. In Norrköping, we handle various types of materials including iron and metals, paper, plastic, corrugated cardboard, and hazardous waste. The role involves ensuring that the flow at the facility runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. About the role As a Production Manager, you have a central role in day-to-day operations where you lead, plan, and distribute work in production. You work close to operations and are a visible and present leader with personnel and work environment responsibility for a team of approximately six employees. You will work with the team to create safe, efficient, and well-functioning production, while maintaining a clear business focus. By optimizing flows and leveraging the full potential of materials, you contribute to the facility's profitability and development. Together with the branch manager, you monitor key metrics, drive improvement initiatives, and participate in matters related to environmental impact, quality, and work environment. The role suits you if you thrive in a smaller organization where collaboration, responsibility, and proximity to operations are a natural part of everyday work. In the role, you also work closely with the sales organization in Norrköping to create the best possible conditions for business, our customers, and operations as a whole. Examples of tasks included in the role: Lead, coach, and develop production employees Ensure a safe work environment and drive work environment initiatives Work with competence development in the team Drive improvement initiatives related to structure, flow, and efficiency Monitor production and key metrics Ensure compliance with environmental and quality requirements Work with structure and order according to Lean and 5S, for example through daily operations meetings Working hours are Monday to Friday 07:00–16:00. Qualifications Experience in leadership and experience leading personnel Experience working with work environment issues B driver's license Good computer skills Experience from industry, production, warehousing, or similar sector Very good Swedish orally and in writing Meritorious: Knowledge of Lean and 5S What do we offer?
