You report to the Production Director and are part of a team-oriented production management group. Your responsibilities will include: • Ensure production goals are achieved regarding quality, delivery, and cost-efficiency. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). • Ensure that production complies with applicable safety and environmental regulations. • Ensure your team has the right competencies across all areas. • Lead and motivate employees to create a successful and pleasant work environment. • Identify and implement improvements to optimize production processes. • Monitor production plans, drive quality deviations, and ensure delivery schedules are met. • Develop and manage investment plans and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. • Provide regular reports to your direct manager and leadership on operational results and strategic initiatives. • Manage budget and resource allocation within your production department. Who are you We are looking for someone with experience from the industry and a passion for leading and developing people in a production environment. You have at least several years of experience working as a manager with personnel and workplace environment responsibility in a production setting. It is a merit if you also have relevant post-secondary education. Selection and interviews are ongoing.
