About the job
Here you create stability and efficiency in production while driving the development of processes, working methods, and teams. You work both operatively in daily operations and with a long-term perspective, ensuring safe, quality, and cost-effective delivery in an environment with high technical development.

Drive health, safety, and security work
Ensure production results, quality, and delivery
Follow up on finances and relevant key metrics
Lead and develop team and competencies
Drive improvements of processes and working methods

With a background in a leadership role within a production environment, you combine operational understanding with a structured approach. You are motivated by developing both people and operations, and you thrive in a role where you can take responsibility and drive change forward.

Experience from a leadership role with personnel responsibility
Ability to follow up on finances and key metrics
Strong communication skills and ability to create engagement
Experience leading and developing teams in an operational business
