We are now looking for a production coordinator who wants to help create structure, development, and momentum in an organization where people are at the center and where every team member makes a difference. About the Role This is a role for someone who thrives as the hub connecting different parts of the organization. You will work closely with the CEO, production, and customers, and you will have an important function in planning, coordinating, and developing daily operations. The role is broad and varied with many contact points, where you will have the opportunity to influence both working methods and processes moving forward. You will work with production planning, order management, customer contact, purchasing, and follow-up. An important part of the role is also contributing structure, continuous improvement, and ensuring that information reaches the right people at the right time. This is a new role for us, which means you will have the opportunity to help shape the position together with the business. Who Are We Looking For? We believe you are someone who enjoys creating order, taking responsibility, and making things happen. Perhaps you are early in your career and want to develop together with a company that is happy to invest in the right person! If you have experience from industry, production, logistics, planning, or coordination, that is a merit but not a requirement. For us, personality, drive, and commitment are at least as important as previous experience. We believe you are communicative, unpretentious, and find it easy to collaborate with people in different roles. You are curious, solution-oriented, and enjoy learning new things. At the same time, you have the ability to juggle many tasks simultaneously and create structure even when the pace is high. Experience with Monitor or other business systems is also a merit but not a requirement. Who Are We?
