Production Coordinator

Company Presentation We are looking for a production coordinator for our client in Nybro. This role is perfect for you if you thrive working close to production, have a knack for systems and numbers, and enjoy creating structure in an operation with many interconnected parts. The company is in a development phase where work methods and processes need to be structured and improved. As part of this, implementation of a new business system is underway, where you will play an important role. In parallel, you will work closely with daily production on planning, monitoring, and coordination. Duties and Responsibilities As a production coordinator, you will be a central link between production, planning, logistics, and delivery. The role involves both administrative and practical work. You need to be able to understand information and documentation in systems, but also go out to the production floor to follow up, ask questions, and gather the information that is needed. The work includes, among other things: working with production planning and monitoring managing and organizing information and documentation participating in the implementation of a new business system working with reports, calculations, and data related to production understanding and following workflows from production to delivery maintaining contact with different parts of the organization following up on issues directly with production when needed Your Profile We believe you have a technical background and a good understanding of manufacturing operations. To thrive in this role, you need to be comfortable working in different systems and have an easy time adapting to new ways of working. You also need to feel confident with numbers and be able to understand how different parts of a production and logistics workflow affect each other. As a person, you are organized, communicative, and curious. You don't always wait for information to come to you; instead, you are comfortable actively seeking answers and following up with the right people. You enjoy being the connector and bringing order to a busy day with many touchpoints. Experience from industry or other technical manufacturing environments is a plus, as is experience with production planning, logistics, and business systems.
