Ragn-Sells is now seeking a production engineer for a temporary assignment with an expected start in September. Here you will have a broad and developmental role where you work closely with production and contribute to developing the organization's processes, treatment technologies, and environmental work. You will collaborate with colleagues in production, environment, and occupational health and safety, as well as interact with suppliers, consultants, and other external parties.
As a production engineer, you will, among other things:
Drive or participate in projects and development assignments within the organization.
Support the organization within quality, environment, budgeting, and project management.
Manage technical documentation and plan and monitor maintenance.
Measure, evaluate, and improve the organization's treatment technologies.
Evaluate treatment technologies and develop disposal solutions for residual materials.
Manage documentation related to the treatment technologies' technical descriptions, control programs, and quality objectives.
Responsible for safety, operations, and maintenance documentation.
Participate in and assist with negotiations with consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers.
You will become part of a skilled team consisting of production engineers, environmental specialists, and occupational health and safety specialists who work together to develop and support Ragn-Sells facilities.
This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant at Ragn-Sells. The position is a full-time temporary assignment starting in September or by agreement. The assignment is expected to run for approximately one year, with the possibility of extension, and you will work in Heljestorp. Working hours are during office hours, 38.5 hours per week.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who:
Has a degree from a university or college, or a degree as a civil engineer, preferably with a focus on mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, civil engineering, construction, energy and environment, or equivalent. We also welcome those with other post-secondary education with a focus on natural sciences.
Has an interest in technology and environmental issues.
Has excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
It is meriting if you have:
Experience working in the waste industry or with waste-related issues.
Experience in project management.
Great weight will be placed on your personal qualities. To succeed in the role, you are structured and analytical with a good ability to see improvement opportunities and streamline working methods.
