In this role, you will hold a central position in our team and work on systematic improvement initiatives regarding technology, procedures, and working methods together with colleagues in your department and support functions. You will monitor the performance of our sheet machines and, based on performance tracking and established KPI data, develop proposals for measures and improvements. You will also work on developing development plans with both long and short time horizons, with a focus on optimizing flow, efficiency, volume, and quality.
High quality is a guiding principle at Fors, and your role is central in evaluating the product and working proactively to ensure we deliver a world-class product. You function as an important part of our converting department, with many internal and external contact points to develop the business.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have an engineering degree or other education/professional experience that can be assessed as equivalent. You have good process and technical knowledge and handle Swedish and English fluently.
