Your role as a Production Engineer As a production engineer, you'll have a central role in developing, streamlining, and quality assuring production for our customers. You'll work in technically complex environments where high demands are placed on structure, traceability, and production flows, and where you contribute to creating robust and efficient solutions throughout the entire production chain. You'll work cross-functionally in close collaboration with, for example, design, production, quality, and procurement, with a focus on translating technical specifications into efficient and repeatable production processes. You'll be working on developing, improving, and optimizing production methods, flows, and layouts to ensure efficient and high-quality production. The role also includes preparing both new and existing products for production as well as developing, reviewing, and maintaining production and manufacturing documentation, including instructions and documentation, to ensure a well-functioning manufacturing process. Who are you? You have a relevant engineering degree or equivalent work experience as well as experience in production technology, production planning, or the development of production documentation and instructions. You have good IT skills and experience working in business systems and digital tools. We're looking for someone with a technical interest, a good understanding of production processes, and a desire to develop and improve operations. You enjoy combining structure and problem-solving and enjoy collaborating with different functions in the organization. As a person, you are structured, analytical, responsible, and solution-oriented. You take your own initiatives, drive improvements, and enjoy working together with others to reach common goals. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It's a merit if you have experience with industrial IT systems such as IFS, DELMIA, or SAP, knowledge of CAD and blueprint reading, as well as experience with improvement work according to Lean or Six Sigma. Experience with automation, robotics, or production development is also an advantage. Since this position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you must undergo and be approved for a security vetting with record check. Selection is made on a continuous basis.
