In spring 2027, Verdis will take over responsibility for waste collection in Gothenburg Southwest on behalf of Kretslopp och Vatten Göteborg. About the RleAs Production Manager, you have overall responsibility for the operation within the contract in Gothenburg Southwest. You will lead a team of approximately 30 environmental workers/drivers and two supervisors and have full responsibility for the operation's results, work environment, and personnel. You will be part of Verdis' operational management team and work closely with other production managers in Region South. Together, you will drive development forward, create efficient working methods, and ensure high quality in our deliveries. You report to the Regional Manager and have great opportunities to influence both the operation's development and its long-term success. Your main areas of responsibility: Take responsibility for the contract and ensure delivery according to the agreement with the client Have full budget and results responsibility Plan, lead, develop, and optimize the operation together with the supervisors Take responsibility for correct staffing, skills development, and management of employees within the operation Ensure that the vehicle fleet is maintained, inspected, and handled according to the company's procedures and safety requirements Lead and develop the operation's work environment efforts with focus on safety, well-being, and sustainable workplaces Build and develop relationships with customers, employees, and other key stakeholders Who are you? For you to succeed in the role, we see that you: Are self-driven and take initiative Have a documented good leadership and the ability to create engagement and trust Work in a structured way and have good organizational ability Are solution-oriented and driven by continuous improvement Have an easy time collaborating and building long-term relationships We also see that you have: At least three years of experience in leadership with personnel responsibility in transport, logistics, construction, or related industry Experience with budget and results responsibility Experience with process management and project management It is meritorious if you also have experience with: 5S work and improvement methodology ISO standards within quality, environment, and work environment Certified operations and systematic development work Other informationPlacement: Kållered, GothenburgStart: According to agreement, but preferably no later than the turn of the year 2026/2027.
