LKAB Berg & Betong LKAB Berg & Betong is a leading group with full-service solutions for the mining and construction industry. We perform rock reinforcement and advancement in our mines, as well as process waste rock into gravel and macadam. In this role, you will be part of a section that works to reinforce the rock underground through concrete spraying to create safe and sustainable working environments in the mine. Your Role As a production manager, you are responsible for our underground concrete spraying operations and lead a team of approximately 20 people, consisting of production leaders, operators, and support resources. The work takes place in close collaboration with your production leaders, and together you drive daily production. The role involves a clear focus on leading both the operational activities and the development of the personnel group, with the goal of ensuring safe, efficient, and stable operations. In your daily work, you are responsible for: Leading, coordinating, and developing the personnel group in daily operations Work environment and safety within the operation Budget, result, and follow-up work Planning and coordination of production Collaboration and resource sharing between locations and departments Following up on results and driving operational development Planning, follow-up, and delivery reliability toward customers You report to the section manager and are part of a management team together with two additional production managers. Leadership is characterized by close collaboration, shared responsibility, and a strong focus on developing the operation. You also work closely with other managers within Berg & Betong where we support each other, share experiences, and work together to solve challenges and reach common goals.
