About the Role As Production Manager at KABE, you will play a central role in the development of production, procurement, quality, production technology, and suppliers. You will actively work to develop collaboration and processes between our factories. Your role includes membership in the management team and responsibility for production results, while you work on developing the organization. You will face challenges that require a deep understanding of complex production and material supply between factories, which gives you a great opportunity to influence and improve our production processes. Qualifications To succeed in the role of Production Manager, we see that you have: - A solid background in production management and personnel responsibility. - A strong understanding of LEAN production or similar methods, which is a requirement. - Extensive knowledge and interest in technology and machinery. - A degree in engineering and work experience. Furthermore, it is important that you are confident in your role as a leader and have the ability to motivate and engage your employees, which creates a strong team spirit. You are receptive, straightforward, and clear in your communication. It is a merit if you have experience in change management and process improvements. Responsibilities In your role as Production Manager, you will have the following areas of responsibility: - Responsible for production results across all factories. - Implement and drive improvements according to LEAN principles. - Collaborate and report to the CEO. - Have full personnel responsibility for factory managers and the procurement function, as well as certain technical areas. - Lead change management and process improvements. - Stay constantly updated on changes in production and material supply. - Take initiative for new tasks and delegate as needed. - Work closely with functions such as planning, design, and logistics/material supply.
