Your Role As Production Manager, you will have overall responsibility for property maintenance within our industrial area. The responsibility area includes snow and ice removal, office facilities, land use, facility and lease agreements, leases, and fence maintenance. The role also includes continuous work to prevent personal injuries and facility damage, as well as ensuring a safe work environment. You will have overall responsibility for leading and developing the property team, which currently consists of five employees: a work leader, a technician, a construction manager, and two construction workers. As Production Manager, you will: Lead and develop working methods and processes to ensure efficiency and profitability through planning and monitoring of operations. Hold results responsibility for your area of responsibility. Act as project manager for smaller projects as needed. Prioritize safety and contribute to a good work environment by being a role model. We expect you to have: At least upper secondary education B-class driver's license Swedish in speech and writing It is meritorious if you have: Experience in leadership or work management.
