As volumes increase, ELMAB is now seeking a production manager who wants to be part of creating structure, developing leadership in production, and contributing to the company's continued growth journey. Your Responsibilities As production manager at ELMAB, you will have a central role in leading, developing, and creating structure in production in Dala-Järna. You are responsible for ensuring that daily operations run efficiently, while driving development to meet increased volumes, higher demands, and new opportunities as the Group grows. You have personnel responsibility for approximately 30 employees and lead the operation through team leaders. An important part of the assignment will be to strengthen the roles of team leaders, create clear expectations, and build a production organization where responsibility, follow-up, and collaboration function in a sustainable way. ELMAB already has modern production with a high degree of automation, and moving forward there is continued potential to further develop automation solutions, work methods, and production flows. You will therefore be an important driver in identifying improvement opportunities, developing processes, and helping ensure that production is well-equipped for larger volumes. In the role, you are also responsible for planning, prioritizing, and following up on production. You drive occupational health and safety initiatives, work on improvement efforts, and track results related to efficiency, quality, delivery, and production economics. Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience leading in production and who thrives in a role where people, structure, and results must work hand in hand. You have likely worked as a production manager, production leader, or in a similar leadership role within manufacturing industry, and you are accustomed to taking responsibility for both daily operations and development over time. You have a good understanding of production flows, occupational health and safety, and follow-up, and you can translate goals and plans into clear management in everyday work. If you have experience in improvement work, automation, or development of production processes, that is highly valuable. It is also an asset if you have training or practical experience in Lean, 5S, or other established methods for structure and efficiency. As a person, you are confident, clear, and present in your leadership. You create structure without micromanaging and have the ability to bring others along in change. You are analytical, driven, and open to change, with a natural drive to develop work methods, people, and results.
