We are growing our organization and are now seeking a Production Manager for a new role where you will take overall responsibility for our production and help shape the next chapter of our business. About the Position As Production Manager, you will have overall responsibility for production and personnel management of our three supervisors, who together lead approximately 50 wheel technicians. Together with them, you will drive daily operations and develop production long-term. You report directly to the CEO and become part of the management team. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading production work in close collaboration with the rest of the organization to achieve production targets. - Driving the development and implementation of Lean production, including responsibility for production flow, daily management, order and organization, and standardized working methods. - Working to increase employee satisfaction and engagement in their work. - Working with and following the company's system for systematic occupational health and safety work, SAM. - Responsibility for training and competency planning for subordinate staff. - Participating in and/or leading technical development work and investment investigations. - Participating in market development work. About You We are looking for someone with experience leading production operations and who thrives in a role where you can combine hands-on leadership with a longer-term perspective. To succeed in this role, we believe you are someone who likes to create structure while seeing opportunities and taking initiative for improvement and development. You are confident in your leadership and have the ability to create engagement and participation in your team. Requirements for the Position: - Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant education or experience - At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position in a production environment - Experience with personnel and occupational health and safety responsibility - Experience driving improvement and change initiatives - Strong knowledge of lean production - Strong skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Valid driver's license (Category B) Meritorious: - Experience managing other managers may be advantageous About the Employment This is a permanent position with a start date by agreement.
