As Production Manager for Jetting, you will have overall responsibility for leading, developing, and building up our jetting operations. This is a role for you who thrive on leading through others, creating structure, and fostering growth for both people and operations. Your focus will be on creating an efficient and profitable production with clear working methods, the right competencies, and engaged employees. An important part of the assignment will be to build a self-sustaining operation by developing our employees and creating opportunities for them to grow internally. The role is both strategic and operational. You have overall responsibility for production and work closely with the operations, while simultaneously driving development and improvements over the long term. Jetting operations also encompasses film and investigation and is an important part of our customer flow. You will therefore be a close and important collaborating partner to the Production Manager Relining, where together you work to create an efficient flow, correct priorities, and well-functioning production. You report to the Operations Manager. About the Position As Production Manager, you are responsible for leading and developing the jetting operations with a focus on: Leading production and creating structure, clarity, and efficient working methods Leading through others and developing your managers and supervisors Responsibility for operations' finances, budget, monitoring, and results Personnel responsibility and driving active and present leadership Ensuring correct staffing, competencies, and development within production Building a self-sustaining organization where we develop and recruit competencies internally Setting goals, following up on results, and driving improvement work Ensuring a good work environment and that safety routines are followed Working with key performance indicators and using them to manage and develop operations Ensuring high quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability Collaborating with other parts of the organization to create an efficient flow from customer to completed assignment Identifying and implementing improvements that strengthen both operations and employees Who Are You? You do not need to know everything about jetting from the start – the most important thing is that you have experience leading people, running operations, and delivering results. You are accustomed to taking responsibility for both personnel and finances and understand what it takes to translate goals and strategies into results in daily operations. Qualifications Several years of experience in management or leadership roles Documented experience leading through others Experience with personnel responsibility and personnel matters Experience with budget, finance, and results responsibility Experience working structurally with goals, monitoring, and key performance indicators Experience driving development and improvement work Good Swedish in speech and writing B-category driver's license Meritorious Experience from production, service, or contracting operations Experience from jetting, wastewater, or related operations Experience from a larger organization Experience building competencies and developing employees internally Experience with change work and organizational development What We Offer With us, you get a central role with great responsibility and significant opportunities to make an impact.
