We are now entering a new phase with new owners, and we are therefore seeking a Production Manager who wants to be part of developing the business and taking production to the next level.
What We Can Offer You
As Production Manager with us, you are responsible for the daily operations in production and ensure that work flows efficiently, with the right quality and on time. You work closely with the CEO and collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and sales to create a smooth production flow.
Your main responsibilities are to:
* Plan, lead, and allocate work in production.
* Oversee daily operations within laser cutting, bending, welding, assembly, and packaging.
* Ensure that production maintains high quality according to drawings and customer requirements.
* Lead and support employees in daily work.
* Drive improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
* Follow up on production, deliveries, and results.
* Work with work environment, safety, and order in the operation.
You report directly to the CEO and will have an important role in the company's continued development.
To Be Considered for This Position
We are looking for someone with experience from manufacturing industry, preferably within welding, robotic welding, or contract manufacturing. If you have previously worked in a leading role within production, that is a major plus.
We would like you to have experience with:
* Production planning and production control
* Reading drawings
* Welding and preferably robotic welding
* Material flows and inventory management
* Quality work
* Business systems, preferably Monitor ERP
You have good knowledge of Swedish and English as well as good computer skills. If you also have experience with CAD, automation, or a technical interest in machinery, that is a merit. As a person, you are a clear and reliable leader who creates structure and makes things happen. You are solution-oriented, engaged, and enjoy developing both people and working methods. We particularly value your ability to combine operational leadership with strategic improvement work. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to make decisions when needed.
