We were officially founded in 2022 when HEW-KABEL, based in Wipperfürth, Germany, and Habia Cable, headquartered in Stockholm, merged. Today, the company employs nearly 1,000 people in factories in Sweden, Germany, Poland, and China, has customers in 60 countries, and generates annual revenues of 200 M€. About the Role As Production Manager, you have overall responsibility for production and lead the operation through production managers, production technicians, and a maintenance manager. You are part of the factory's management group and play a central role in ensuring safe, efficient, and quality-driven production. The role encompasses both day-to-day operational responsibility and a clear mandate to continue strengthening production efficiency and creating conditions for sustained growth. You drive production development by optimizing work methods, developing processes, and ensuring that the operation is well-prepared for future increased capacity and high quality requirements. To succeed in this role, you need to combine a strong operational focus with present leadership. You move production forward by developing work methods, strengthening productivity, and creating a culture where engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement are a natural part of daily work. Who Are You We are looking for someone with experience from manufacturing industry who is comfortable leading through others. You are confident in LEAN and systematic improvement work and understand how structure, follow-up, and present leadership create long-term results. As a person, you are clear, unpretentious, and communicative. You build trust, create involvement, and have the ability to bring people along when work methods need to change.
