About the Position In your role as Production Planner, you'll become an important part of the operation, responsible for ensuring that production documentation maintains high quality and that the right information is available throughout the entire production chain. The role combines technical administrative work with close collaboration between production, engineering, and other internal functions. You'll work primarily in SAP, where you're responsible for product structures, article administration, and master data. Key Responsibilities Your role includes, among other things: Administer article numbers and master data in SAP. Create, update, and quality assure product structures (BOM). Ensure correct, structured, and quality assured information in the business system. Participate in improvement initiatives related to processes, work methods, and system support. Handle customer orders to a certain extent. Provide support to the operation on matters related to production planning, system data, and product information. Work closely with production, engineering, and other internal functions to ensure efficient production flows. You'll have a central role in creating the conditions for well-functioning production where correct data and efficient processes are crucial to the operation's success. We're Looking for Someone Who To succeed in this role, we believe you: Have experience working with production planning, master data, or similar production-related administrative roles. Have strong experience with SAP, preferably also SAP Fiori. Have a good understanding of production flows, materials handling, and related processes. Work in a structured, meticulous, and independent manner. Have strong analytical skills and a quality-conscious work approach. Have good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel. Communicate fluently in Swedish and have good English skills, both spoken and written. Meriting Factors Experience with improvement initiatives within production or manufacturing industry. Experience working with product structures (BOM) and master data management. Previous experience from the technical or manufacturing industry. You're a person who combines attention to detail and structure with a solution-oriented approach. You take responsibility for your work, work proactively, and have an eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture. At the same time, you're a team player who appreciates collaboration across department boundaries and is happy to contribute to developing both processes and work methods.
