About the Position Perido is now seeking a production planner on behalf of our client, a well-known player in the automotive industry. You will be based at the office located in Borås. Your Responsibilities As a production planner, you play a central role in preparing and implementing new products and ongoing product changes in production. You work closely with production, product development, and other functions to ensure efficient production processes, high quality, and proper production documentation. The role also involves developing methods, processes, and material solutions as well as driving improvement initiatives within your area of responsibility. Responsibilities: Manage production planning within your assigned area. Participate in product projects and ensure production requirements are met. Develop production methods, processes, and material solutions. Manage the implementation and follow-up of change orders. Prepare and quality-assure assembly documentation, instructions, and material lists. Contribute to design reviews and prepare necessary documentation. Initiate procurement of tools and equipment and ensure production prerequisites. Support production on product-related matters and follow up on identified issues. Drive rationalization, quality improvements, and other improvement initiatives. Update and maintain production information in relevant systems. Qualifications: Solid product knowledge and extensive experience from the automotive industry Documented experience coordinating activities and communicating clearly with various stakeholders Ability to build and develop networks A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvements Good systems experience and familiarity with, for example, KOLA, GPS, SAP, Busmaster, PROTOM, Sprint, and SPOT Very strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel Ability to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing Scope and Start Date Full-time consulting assignment through 2027-07-08.
