In the modern production facility in Osby, among other things, insulated glass, safety glass, and specialty glass are manufactured for customers throughout Sweden. The business currently employs approximately 110 employees. Osby Glas is owned by Beijer Invest and is in a positive development phase with continued investments in production, technology, and expertise. About the Job As a production employee at Osby Glas, you will be an important part of a company that is moving forward and continuing to grow. Depending on your experience and the company's needs, you may work in assembly, machine operation, or packaging of the company's glass products. Work tasks vary and can include assembling insulated glass cassettes, operating and monitoring production machinery, quality inspections, order handling, and packing and material handling. Job Requirements Fluent Swedish in speech and writing Class B driver's license and access to a car Good work ethic and high sense of responsibility Ability to work in a structured and thorough manner Good collaboration skills Meritorious Forklift and overhead crane certification and experience Machine operation experience Experience from industrial, manufacturing, or production operations Experience working as a machine operator, assembler, or packaging operator We would particularly like some applicants to have longer experience from the industry and be able to quickly integrate into production to contribute directly to operations.
