Would you like a practical job where you operate a truck, monitor processes, and contribute to safe and sustainable production? We are now seeking several production workers for our PMR facility in Halmstad to join our team. About the Role As a production worker at PMR, you will process incoming material through our various production processes. PMR stands for Precious Metals Recycling, where we refine sorted electronic products that are then processed in an advanced automated system. The result includes various copper fractions, aluminum, and circuit boards containing gold and silver. Plastics are also sorted for recycling or energy recovery. Your responsibilities will include: handling and transporting material with trucks and wheel loaders monitoring the mechanical production process performing quality checks on materials performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting addressing production issues as they arise recording deviations in system participating in shift meetings, risk assessments, and 5S activities Work involves rotating between different tasks. Safety is always the top priority, and it is important that you work carefully and follow our safety procedures. As we care about our employees' health, fresh air masks are used in our production facilities due to dust. This is a full-time position with rotating two-shift work. One week you work 05:45–14:30 Monday to Thursday and until 13:15 on Fridays. The other week you work 14:15–23:45 Monday to Thursday. Who Are You? Qualifications We are looking for someone with: high school education experience from industry, production, warehouse, or other similar practical work B driver's license forklift certification good computer skills good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing We consider it a merit if you have operator certification or experience with wheel loaders operator certification or experience with material handlers or excavators What Do We Offer You?
