Then this could be the right role for you. Work Tasks As a production worker, you work in the daily operation of our fragmentation facility. Your work tasks include, among other things, receiving, sorting, and loading of iron and metal material. You feed material into the fragmentation process using a wheel loader and material handler (excavator), monitor and operate the sorting facility, and perform ongoing operator and basic maintenance work. The work also includes receiving inspections, contact with drivers and business owners. You perform continuous quality inspections of the material and are responsible, together with the team, for cleaning, servicing, and maintaining the facility in good condition. Safety is always the highest priority, and you actively work toward a safe working environment – both for yourself and your colleagues. Work hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Who Are You? You are experienced in practical work, have a natural drive, and are not afraid to pitch in where needed. At the same time, you are responsive, communicative, and confident in asking for help when the situation requires it. You are also curious, eager to learn new things, and have the ability to see both details and the bigger picture in your work. Working in a structured, safe, and quality-focused manner feels natural to you. To succeed in this role, you need: At least 2 years of experience from industry, production, warehouse, facility, or other practical work with machinery High school education or equivalent Good computer skills Class B driver's license Wheel loader certification Forklift certification Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written It is meritorius if you have: Experience with basic maintenance Experience with material handler, excavator, or mobile lifting equipment What Do We Offer You?
