HAVD Group is now seeking a production manager who wants to drive daily production forward. Here you'll get an operational role where you combine leadership with hands-on work in production while actively working on continuous improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of production manager, you will have a central and operational role in HAVD Group's plastic production. You'll lead and allocate daily work while being present in production and working closely with the team. The role also involves working with the machines, tools, programs, and other resources used in production. The focus is on ensuring efficient production with the right quality and good structure, where decisions and priorities are based on facts and production data. Further in your role as production manager, you will:
Have personnel responsibility for production colleagues.
Work with daily management, order, and structure.
Monitor pace, time, quality, and OEE.
Work with 5S, LEAN, and continuous improvements.
Work in SAP and other relevant production systems.
Lead and drive production within given parameters for time, technology, and cost, with clear leadership qualities and the ability to bring the team along.
PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

As a person, you are a team player who enjoys working with others and is motivated by creating structure, quality, and progress in daily work. High sense of responsibility, meticulousness, and an analytical and solution-oriented work approach are important for the role.

We would like you to have:
Experience with production and personnel management.
Relevant education in production, or equivalent practical experience.
Knowledge of quality assurance, work environment, and LEAN production.
An analytical and fact-based work approach.
High sense of responsibility, drive, and good collaboration skills.
Experience in plastic production and SAP is a merit.
