Product Manager in the Flowers Category We are currently seeking a product manager for our flower team within ICA Fruits, Vegetables and Flowers. In this role, you will be responsible for procurement, supplier development, and category management for flowers – from strategy and assortment planning to negotiation, forecasting, and follow-up. You will have a key role in creating an attractive, profitable, and relevant flower assortment for ICA stores. About the job as Product Manager As a product manager, you will be part of a cohesive cross-functional team that works together to drive the flower category forward. In this position, supplier visits and travel occur on a regular basis, primarily within Sweden and Europe. You report to the Department Manager. The Product Manager role includes the following areas of responsibility: Developing procurement & supplier strategies Selection and development of the supplier base Negotiations Volume forecasting Procurement of products to ICA's two central flower warehouses Working with the Flowers Category Manager to develop an attractive assortment based on current and upcoming trends Ensuring product data quality across various systems Active participation in dialogue with customers as well as internal and external partners Your Profile We are looking for someone with drive, strong analytical skills, and a genuine interest in assortment, procurement, and development. You thrive in a role where you combine business acumen with structure, relationship-building, and a fast pace. To succeed, you need to be confident in negotiations, comfortable taking responsibility, and able to drive initiatives forward with others.
