Kellfri is growing and is now looking for a Product Manager at the headquarters in Skara. In this role, you will have a central position in developing and managing a strong and profitable product portfolio, where you will translate market and customer needs into products that create clear customer value and good business results. About the Position As Product Manager, you are responsible for developing and driving parts of Kellfri's product range based on market needs, customer requirements, and the company's business strategy. You work closely with sales, marketing, aftermarket, procurement, logistics, and suppliers to ensure that products are relevant, competitive, and commercially strong. The role encompasses the entire product lifecycle – from idea and assortment development to launch, monitoring, improvement, and discontinuation. You identify business opportunities, analyze the assortment, and drive improvements that strengthen both customer value and profitability. Your responsibilities include: developing and managing a commercially strong product portfolio analyzing market, competition, customer needs, pricing, and profitability ensuring that products meet customer requirements for functionality, usability, and value for money driving product development and improvement projects from idea to launch monitoring product performance, sales, margins, and assortment development developing and anchoring commercial arguments for new and existing products maintaining ongoing contact with suppliers and supporting sales, marketing, and aftermarket with product knowledge and decision-making materials Operational procurement work is handled by the procurement department, but the role involves close collaboration with procurement on matters concerning assortment, suppliers, pricing, availability, and product development. This is a full-time position based at the office in Skara and involves approximately 30 travel days per year within Europe and Asia. You will be employed directly by Kellfri AB with start as soon as possible or by agreement. Please note: Due to summer vacation, we will not respond to candidates during weeks 28–32. We believe that you have: experience in product management, product development, assortment work, technical procurement, sourcing, or a similar role relevant education in engineering, product development, procurement, marketing, or equivalent experience good commercial understanding and interest in business technical interest and the ability to understand product functionality, use, and customer value experience with supplier contacts and negotiation good analytical skills and experience working with assortment, pricing, profitability, and market needs Experience from agriculture, forestry, construction, vehicles, machinery, or technical products is an asset but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have the right drive, business understanding, and desire to develop products that create real value for our customers. As a person, you are analytical, structured, and able to prioritize among several parallel projects. At the same time, you are curious, practical, and interested in how products are actually used by customers. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, with good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. A driver's license and access to a car are required.
