Now we need a colleague who can drive digital development and manage our CRM platform! About the position In this role, you are responsible for developing and managing digital services with a focus on our CRM system and related services. Our CRM is the hub of both our fundraising work and our support to our local chapters and volunteers. You combine product ownership, system management, and project management – and are involved from need to solution. It is part of your mission to future-proof the existing CRM environment. You work with external development partners to continuously further develop and improve the functions in the systems and are responsible for budget, procurement, and agreements within your area. You lead the development team. You will, among other things: • Drive development and management of our CRM platform MS Dynamics • Prioritize needs, plan development, and maintain the backlog and roadmap • Collaborate with vendors and ensure delivery, quality, and performance • Not code, but preferably be able to configure, test, and perform initial troubleshooting • Conduct preliminary studies and lead technical delivery for new implementations and further development and upgrades of the existing platform • Capture needs from operations and translate them into concrete solutions The work involves many contact points – from operational representatives to developers and vendors. You will have a central role in creating solutions that work in everyday operations. About you We believe that you have a university or college degree in IT or computer science and many years of experience working close to operations with digital development – for example as a product owner, system manager, or IT project manager. You have: • Ability to translate needs into technical solutions • Experience collaborating with vendors • Solid knowledge of agile methods and have yourself held the role of product owner in an agile team Meritorious: • Experience with MS Dynamics and MS Power platform • Experience from membership organizations or non-profit sector • Experience with how AI and automation can create value in operations and developing solutions based on CRM data As a person: • You are structured and collaboration-oriented and can drive processes from start to finish • You like to understand the technology and can talk with both architects, developers, and stakeholders • You are a confident and solution-oriented leader who sees your fellow human beings and keeps the benefit for the target group in focus More about us You will be part of our IT function where you have several colleagues with similar roles but responsibility for other product portfolios. You work closely with colleagues in our Engagement and Fundraising department and in our National Operations, and support by delivering reliable, efficient technology. Additional information In this role, you need to be able to work in Swedish. The position may include occasional meetings in the evenings or on weekends. The position is a permanent full-time employment intended to be located at our office at Lindhagensgatan 126 in Stockholm. We apply a 6-month trial period. Start by agreement. At Swedish Red Cross, we have reduced working hours and work an average of 36.25 hours per week throughout the year. We also have the possibility to work from home up to two days a week and to perform one hour of fitness on paid work time. We offer fitness subsidies and meal benefits.
