We are now seeking a business developer who will take on the role of product owner for the Secure Digital Communication (SDK) service.
As a product owner, you will play a central role in shaping the future of this service. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, prioritizing the product backlog, and collaborating closely with both customers and our development team to deliver features that meet our users' needs and expectations. You will ensure that the product and its services are relevant, usable, and accessible, and that further development and delivery occur within existing financial and resource constraints.
Your Mission
Drive dialogue with customers and operations to support their digitalization journey.
Follow up, communicate, and plan product roadmaps.
Ensure that lifecycle plans are integrated, prioritized, and implemented in the correct order.
Ensure that vision, goals, and plans for the product exist and are maintained from business, technical, and user perspectives in line with stakeholder wishes.
The role involves responsibility and mandate to prioritize activities and participate in contract and budget processes.

To succeed in the role, you need:
Relevant post-secondary education in IT, systems science, business development, or equivalent experience.
Several years of work experience in product ownership or service responsibility.
Experience planning, designing, and delivering IT processes/solutions.
Very good ability to listen to and communicate with customers and stakeholders.
Good ability to communicate in writing and verbally in Swedish.
Meritorious
Product ownership in an agile development environment.
Scrum or similar agile working methods.
ITIL 4.
Experience with requirements management.
Leadership experience.
Knowledge and experience with SDK or similar services for secure digital communication.
Experience from the public sector, Västra Götalandsregionen's operations, or larger organizations.
