About the Job At the Swedish Transport Agency, we are driving several initiatives that strengthen our analytical capabilities and our ability to manage finances. We are now looking for an engaged business developer in the role of Product Owner for Finance and Personnel who wants to help translate the organization's needs into solutions that create value across the entire agency. As a Product Owner, you drive development forward and ensure that our efforts have impact in collaboration with affected business units. You become part of a team that works agile and cross-functionally with other business developers, architects, and developers. Finance and Personnel product is part of a product area that develops and manages agency-wide IT solutions in areas such as case management, data analysis, automation, and My Pages. Through collaboration and a shared roadmap, we contribute to more efficient, uniform, and value-creating operations. The product area is relatively new and work is underway to develop working methods within the product area. You will be part of the Development and Management section with approximately 15 colleagues in various roles within the Common Functions product area. Read more about what it's like to work at the Swedish Transport Agency You Will - Lead, prioritize, and follow up on management and development work - Work in close collaboration and dialogue with our business units, capture their needs, and translate them into value for our customers - Identify user needs and problems and utilize and actively work with user insights and statistics - Be the link between business and IT - Participate in tactical and strategic work on the product's and product area's roadmap, goals, and follow-up, as well as participate in the day-to-day work of managing the systems included in the product - Lead and coordinate work within allocated financial frameworks - Be responsible for and ensure the product's deliveries and quality and follow them up from a business perspective You Must Have - Relevant academic education or other equivalent experience that we deem comparable - Several years of experience leading development and change work with a focus on IT development within business support areas - Experience working with agile methods - Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish It is Advantageous if You Also Have - Knowledge within the finance area - Experience with IT support within the finance area - Knowledge in process and information modeling - Experience working in public sector operations We Want You To - Have good collaboration skills and communicate in a constructive manner - Be organized and quality-conscious - Have active leadership – that is, lead, motivate, and create engagement and participation to achieve common goals Great weight is placed on personal suitability. More Information The position is permanent with placement in Örebro or Norrköping. Hiring according to agreement. We normally apply a probationary period. We offer remote work according to business needs, up to 3 days per week. An employment with us may involve placement in a security classification.
