We are now looking for a product owner to work with our app. Martin & Servera is on an exciting digitalization journey, and the app is an important, prioritized, and growing area within our group. With us, you'll work on digital products used by thousands of users every month through an agile and user-centered approach.

Your main responsibilities:
Own the product's goals, roadmap, and priorities.
Own and prioritize the product backlog.
Gather needs from users and stakeholders and translate them into requirements and user stories.
Align requirements and priorities with the development team.
Ensure effective communication between operations, stakeholders, and the team.
Participate in and drive agile working methods and processes.
Ensure product quality, stability, and continuous development.
Make decisions based on customer value, business value, and cost-effectiveness.
You report to PAM Digital Channels.

Relevant education in, for example, IT, systems science, or similar field.
Previous experience working with app product development.
Previous experience or role as a product owner or similar.
Passionate about digitalization, digital sales, and keeping the user in focus.
Experience in project management, preferably in web and mobile applications.
Experience working with Service Design/Design Thinking.
Experience with agile working methods.
Meritorious if you have certification(s) in agile development.
Fluent communication in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
