As a customer service employee at Garmin, you help both private customers and resellers with support, complaints, and product inquiries via phone, chat, and email. The position begins with an introductory program that lasts two to three weeks, during which you will be trained in Garmin's products, systems, and work methods so that you feel confident and well-prepared in your new role. StudentConsulting is responsible for the recruitment process, and the final candidate will be employed directly by Garmin. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who enjoys customer contact and is driven to provide every customer with a top-class service experience. You have a genuine interest in technology, are solution-oriented, and feel comfortable working at a fast pace without compromising on quality. We also believe that you: Have previous experience in customer service, preferably in technical support Have good IT skills, technical understanding, and an ability to quickly learn new systems Are attentive, empathetic, and professional in customer interactions Are organized, thorough, and have good prioritization skills Communicate fluently in Swedish in speech and writing and have good knowledge of English Thrive with change and are motivated by continuously learning new things. It is a merit if you have a genuine interest in fitness, health, and an active lifestyle, as well as previous experience with Garmin products. What does Garmin offer?
