Product Manager with domain expertise in tax and accounting

About the role As a Product Manager, you are responsible for and drive the development of one or two product areas within tax and accounting. You lead the work in your product trios and collaborate closely with developers and UX/UI designers to ensure that we build the right solutions, with high quality and clear customer value. You work both strategically and operationally with responsibility for the product's short and long-term direction. Through product discovery and customer insights, you identify needs and problems, prioritize the right initiatives, and translate them into clear goals and working solutions. The role also includes testing the product and monitoring the market, competitors, and regulatory changes to ensure that our products remain relevant and competitive. The position is based in Gothenburg, Hudiksvall, or Ljusdal and is part of a team with specialized expertise in tax and accounting. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with several years of experience working as a Product Manager or Product Owner, and who has a good understanding of tax and accounting. You are used to taking responsibility for the entire product area and thrive in a role where you get to make decisions, prioritize, and drive the work forward. You work in a structured manner, are analytical, and have the ability to see both details and the big picture. Collaboration comes naturally to you and you actively contribute to an open, professional, and solution-oriented way of working. You are independent, take initiative, and are motivated by creating value for both the customer and the business. It is a merit if you have: Background as an economist or accounting consultant Experience with The Product Operating Model or agile product management Knowledge of tax, Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), or compliance You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
