You will also work with engineers in Luxembourg where Tarkett's global R&D center for development is located. You will become an important link between research, development, and manufacturing, where you have the opportunity to influence products, processes, and future material choices. With us, you will: Develop and optimize materials, formulations, and product designs. Plan and conduct tests in both laboratory and production. Drive development projects from idea to finished product. Work closely with the production team to ensure successful industrialization. Test new raw materials and technologies that contribute to increased performance and sustainability. Participate in technical problem-solving and improvement work in production.
